From the marine walk, east of Bonassola, we go up the Via Maxinara steps; after the carriage street, go up trought the village of Poggio.
The path continues through olive groves and vegetable gardens up to the Scernio saddle, where it goes down until Levanto can be seen. Between olive groves, meadows and eventually pine-trees, the path reaches Vallesanta, west of Levanto.
