The high coast of East Liguria is sometimes interrupted by little
beaches; one of the most suggestive is the one of Bonassola closed by two rock promontories:
La Punta del Carlino and the one of La Madonnina della Punta, covered by Mediterranean bushes. (undergrowth)
The village of Bonassola is just behind this beach, in the little plain before the Ligurian Appenine.
The transparent sea and the mountains, separated by a narrow land where Bonassola lies
with all its characteristic houses and old streets far away from the phrenetic life style o
f modern towns.
